Student forward launched, but did not keep running forwards in launch stage. As a result the glider overtook him, the student then tried to correct the situation by running under the glider. It then suffered an asymmetric collapse as he ran under the wing and was lifted approx 2 feet off the ground and landed on his side.

Student was instructed to get feet down early to overcome difficulty getting out of harness. Student was approaching with too much brake and stalled glider.

Pilot had a collapse on right wing while thermalling left. In attempting to rectify the collapse the pilot spun the glider. There was insufficient height for the glider to fully recover before the pilot impacted the slope.

On downwind leg while dune soaring wind lessened. Pilot turned into wind to land not quite into wind tripped on landing extended left arm in sand breaking wrist.

Hill pilot on tow conversion. When line slackened for pilot to correct drift, drogue parachute started twisting/spinning. When releasing from the line, the tow bridal had twisted around the ring preventing the line from being released. Pilot successfully "S"-ed off height and landed without incident. Knott in drogue line found to be cause.
