A paraglider and hang glider were soaring Winter Hill when a small aircraft appeared and began to perform aerobatics close to the site. The paraglider suffered a collapse which the pilot was able to correct. .

HG attempting a rushed launch on a busy site clipped the ground with his wing tip causing the other wing to enter the lift first. The glider rotated about the inside wing and then hit the hill.
